The Academy
The Academy is open during term time at our Dunfermline City Campus, offering high-quality dining, first-class service, and excellent value for money. As a training restaurant, The Academy provides hospitality and culinary arts students with a realistic working environment, allowing them to develop their skills to industry standards under the guidance of experienced chefs and teaching staff.

- Lunch: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12 noon (last reservations 1pm)
- Dinner: Thursdays from 6pm
